Hi, Looking for some help/advice on the above. They are looking for money for an order I placed from Frasers Group that was returned but never made it to their warehouse?

I can post the email they have sent but just looking for some advice in the meantime.

The order was for £492 and was returned via Evri.

I don’t have the proof of postage anymore as I thought the case was closed when they issued a refund. They were happy with the fact that the return label was showing on the tracking.

They are just threatening court action but reading some of the other threads it’s seems that they are not able to do this?

It probably is an 'idle' threat.

It's 'ridiculous', just in case, you could send Evri a Subject Access Request, they have 30 days to provide all the data they hold, that will give you details regarding your return.
