Could they send any information that I owed this money asi don’t think I owe this , they said they don’t send out info .
I moved 4 years ago from my last address and the lady who is now in my old house gave them my new telephone number .
what do I do . The lady in my old house said a man turned up on the doorstep asking for me .

    Hi Bish

    Welcome to LB

I'd be tempted to send Resolve a 'prove it letter' (because of the age of the debt), see what they comeback with, hopefully nothing meaningful, make sure you get Proof of Postage -

Do include in your 'prove it' letter confirmation of your current address. That's important because in the (highly unlikely) case that proceedings were started you would know about it and they wouldn't be able to get a default judgement by using an old address..
