Follow ResolveCall's complaints procedure, it will be on their website. Basically you informed not to call, because ...................., but they ignored you, causing you stress / anxiety.

I wouldn't bother, you don't want to send 'mixed' messages. You want to say it's 'statute barred' i.e. finality.
