TM legal services chasing a debt I don't have

Hi I hope someone can help. I've been receiving emails from these guys and ignoring them, well because I paid in full a few months ago.
I received an email from them yesterday claiming I had a CCJ which when checking my credit file I don't see.
I then received an email this afternoon, saying with chargers I now owe £407 and need to pay it within the week. Do I have to pay it?

You need to check to see if there is a CCJ, if there was one, it may have dropped off your Credit File after 6 years.

Good afternoon I have also received an email from Tm legal regarding an old payday loan from 2015 that dissapeared off my credit file two years ago, they are threatening a ccj do I continue to ignore this as it’s not statue barred?
