your views on poss unenforceble loan debt no win no fee ??

l would appreciate anyones views on the poss of having a o/s loan deemed unenforcable by a no win no fee company

dont know why im asking really .. as l have alrerady used a no win no fee company for an injury at work 5 yrs ago and it did what it said nothing up front l was not asked for any money no insurance cover or anything and l won damages ect

dont know why lm cautious to do this again probally cos its a money thing ..... this company has looked at my cca that they are confidant l have a claim at no cost to me
they have e mailed the paperwork and gone thro it with me it seems fine maybe im just unsure after all the hassle ive had recently and my confidence is low

It is entirely up to you if you use this 'no win no fee' company, but in my opinion you are not about to lose the case, so go it alone. Because 'no win no fee' means a fee is payable on winning the case. You are sure to get plenty of help and advice from many people on here and maybe get it sorted a lot faster than they would.

Carrie, after everything you have read on this site, I must admit to being some what surprised that you are even considering this route.

As Sappy says, the sense of personal achievement in doing this yourself, with our help of course, is worth more than money.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but I have a thing about this "Ambulance Chasing" CCA firms.
They are preying on relatively helpless people and in some cases simply making things worse.

Just out of interest which firm is making you thins offer as I really don't think it would be completely at NO cost to you.
The norm for this type of service is around 30% of the debt value and they want instant payment on results.
These people wont simply issue at county Court for their fees, but have been know to use Bankruptcy proceedings !!!

no your right , ive struggled fior the last 18 mths + with your help and ML/MSE
l still have the fight to do it on my own " but obviously with all your help on this forum :cheer2:
