  • Retsons standing order

I'm constantly being harassed by this company. I'm in receipt of reduced state pension and hubby receives esa, from which my pension is deducted.

I want to set up a standing rider to them but cannot find the details to do so. I've tried on their website but can't get past the income and expenditure form which I really don't want to complete. I don't see how it is their business how much I spend on food etc.

How can I set up a 4 weekly payment to them, they want direct debit which is monthly but my income is 4 weekly plus i dont like tge control they have over a dd.

    Thanks in advance for help.

If you have their bank details you can set up a standing order with your bank, from your end.

That is what I am trying to do, however those details do not seem to appear anywhere on their website nor on any communications from them. All communication points you to logging on to your account at which point you get a income and expenditure which you cannot bypass, you must complete it to make a payment or payment plan

        Ask them for that information.
