    hi curly ren here you have inspired me somewhat to excel myself i have in my hand a county court claim cabot finacial v myself the defendants r citi financial they claim despite requests i have failed to pay £3505.76 at this stage i have sent the acknowledgment of service form what is next help.

      Ren, it wouldn't do any harm to SAR all of the accounts and see what info you can get, the as CB says, claim the charges. With the Barclaycard one, if you do SAR then it will help to get an idea of whether its worth reclaiming the charges or not, brearing in mind what he said in post 10# above.

                just a quick update have recieved letter dated 30th march from bcw heading leagal notification threats of court action.
