Maybe, really depends on the age of the judgement(s).
Honestly the most straightforward route is to reclaim all the charges applied to the accounts.

Ren, it wouldn't do any harm to SAR all of the accounts and see what info you can get, the as CB says, claim the charges. With the Barclaycard one, if you do SAR then it will help to get an idea of whether its worth reclaiming the charges or not, brearing in mind what he said in post 10# above.
