Making FFS offer to Cabot for credit card debt with no CCA

I’m still paying £1 per month to Cabot, despite receiving a letter from them nearly 4 years ago saying that my debt is unenforceable as they can’t get the CCA.
I’m still paying as I’m scared if I stop paying the £1 per month Cabot will somehow make an extra huge effort to obtain the CCA

Helen why not send a letter and ask them? If it was untraceable 4 years ago they have to prove there is, or there was a card, It's more than possible it has been disposed of, I understand your quandary of one pound a Month is not a lot, it's your decision. If they are not able to prove there was a card, then there is no debt.
