    Coast Financial Solutions -Legal charge

    Hi Everyone,
    If anybody can advise on this.
    CFS has a legal charge on my home which was bought from the defunct Welcome finance.
    The debt/charge is over 15 years old.
    They are not FCA regulated and they lost a case by trying to enforce a payment of debt because of this
    So my question is, if they cannot enforce payment, why or how is it the legal charge can or cannot be removed?
    I 'm unable to find anyone who can help or advise on this at present.
