      As Mike says, they may do, but then you need to look at you personal circumstances, what happened in that period personally?
      Did you have health issues? Work problems? Family problems? You just give the reason.

        I am medically fine, can judge ask for medical records? Same goes for anything else, I would rather just tell the truth. i was mis sold the loan couldn't afford it. It all seems a bit stupid. I mean the judge know full well people would rather not pay debt. so the reason being there, I might as well tell him what he already knows.

            They weren't questions to be answered, they were possible reasons (I don't know) why you ignored the letters from creditor and debt collection agency.

            I go on to write 'you just give the reason'.

              Ok, just one more question.

              If I get ccj letter, if I respond asking for cca and all other documents to defend me. Does that reset the SB clock?
