Contact details for Lowell they only have a PO Box

I cannot find any contact details such as email or address to send a recorded delivery SAR to them, they only have a PO Box has anyone had success sending them any legal documents?

(Separate thread from my 'help' thread to ask the wider community and I think the answers if any will help others, thanks)

Go to the correct website, check the 'Contact Us' page, email the SAR to customer services, they can pass it on to the Data Protection Team.

Thank you for your response, when you say go to the 'correct website' are you suggesting there is more than one? I went to www.lowell.co.uk and if you look there you will see that the Contact us page does not include an email or an address other than the PO Box hence my post. There is however an email that I found and it seems to be the only email which is complaintsresolution@lowellgroup.co.uk If there is an alternative website with their information please share it as I could not find it. Again thank you for your time in responding you have helped me before and I am grateful.

Guys your help is appreciated and the time you take to help but why have attitude with it? I remain polite and always search and try to find out for myself before asking, the fact you found it in 5 seconds google searching is wonderful for you but for me after most of my day yesterday I came up with nothing but a PO Box.

I'm sure Mike wasn't giving 'attitude', Google isn't an easy ask, simply because loads of 'algorithms' are applied to each search (by Google) so Googling can take you in the wrong direction.
