I'm struggling to deal with Moorcroft over a PayPal debt I'm disputing.
First of all, they're incredibly slow. I reply to their communications the same day I receive them but they take at least a week, often a lot longer.
Secondly, they insist on sending password-protected files I can't open (the password is incorrect). I keep telling them I can't open these documents and they just send another one in response.
The letters in the post alternate between two - what I call a "fraudulent account" letter and a "fraudulent payment" letter. They're obviously templates. Each time I reply with all the information they've asked for they just send the other letter and it all starts again.
I can't understand what they're doing. It seems completely pointless to me. There's no indication at all anyone is reading anything.
