Hi everyone I would like to ask if anyone has ever had a text message from lowell saying they can help me then a few days later I got a phone call from them to my mobile phone saying they could help me but wouldn't say what it was about unless I told them my dob and post code so I said I wasn't comfortable giving that information out over the phone and could they send me a letter they said they will but I haven't received it yet its only been 2 days though. Any help would be helpful thanks Carman

No it's a bit of a mystery to me really because I can't think of anything outstanding

I guess I'll just have to wait for the letter although in the first text I got from them it said that they had already sent a letter so maybe they have rang me a bit too previously
