PRA letter received stating passed to their litigation team

Hi I had credit card with Egg around 2002 this was later sold to Barclays and then passed to PRA I entered a dmp around 2013. And following advice I sent a CCA request and believed the debt to be unenforceable. I have today received a letter stating they have passed this to their litigation team. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like standard procedure to me. I would not be surprised if they don't have your agreement and send you something cobbled-together to put you off.
