    Got this letter , think it’s possibly for going over drown about 10 years ago with Lloyd’s but not 100% sure .... any advice on this ? Not heard from them apart from the last month or 2 when they have sent few letters . Any advice? Should I just call

            Haha Lilly Chan. I think you need to make sure there is no ccj first, if there is then they can make an application to the Court to enforce it by one of the ways set out in their letter.

              What’s Lilly Chan mean lol?
              how do I check for ccj? I’m pretty sure there’s not , we’ve had no letters with ccj on am sure it would of come up when we got the mortgage?

                  Lilly has been on the other side of cases which i have been involved with. She has been on the losing side a few times its fair to say, hence why i said LOL

                  As for finding out if there is a CCJ, check with the credit file or with the registry trust that should tell you either way
