  • Tesco 10 year old CCJ debt sold to a DCA.

Does anyone know if A DCA who purchases a CCJ debt has to make an application to the court to in order to recieve payments agreed under the original terms of a CCJ?

a heads up, i am in a similar spot.....** not sure who i can talk to, to get advice....
I had the county court call me twice (had a call today), saying that the claiment doesnt need the court to do anything, if a CCJ was granted 9 years ago (in my case), they can just whack on charges 9 years later, and send court ballifs (to the wrong address in my case!)
