So I received a letter from BWL saying there is an outstanding debt with TalkTalk. *BW client being JC International. *I phoned TalkTalk who confirmed of course that there is no debt. *I pay by DD and have never been in debt. *I spoke to BWL and told them to stop sending me threatening illegal letters or I would take them to court. *They told me to provide proof of no debt. *I said no, I don’t need to, because there is nothing to prove! *They said they would continue to send letters and phone me. *Can I do them for harassment? *
