Hello all.
Lowell have offered me a 75% discount on a debt of over 8k. I am very tempted to accept this offer and pay in installments. However, i am quite worried that they may well sell the rest of it on and I'll be back to square one, almost.
The original account was opened with Halifax in the late 90s. And the 6 year period from default is next month.
Any advise would be greatly received.
