Large unauthorised overdraft with Halifax - HELP.

    Just an update to my last post. I have negotiated myself with Halifax and am repaying by monthly installment. I have had my wages switched to my other non Halifax bank account and I have sent in my bank charge reclaim letter by recorded delivery on the 14/1/09. So we'll see what happens. Can I reclaim interest on the overdaft also?
