  • No one is punishing the bankers so I will

No one in authority appears to want to punish the bankers so I will in my own limited way.

Although meeting our liabilities fully I intend that in this new year that each agreement both loan & credit card will be closely scrutinized to see it's it enforceable & if not tough **** I'm gonna stop paying

      good for you .

I only I have one which I would love to be un-enforcable - and that is an egg card. Unfortunately I have not seen any successful claims on their agreements I think they are well sewn up. But I will get round to querying the PPI which I do not re-call taking out at all.

Sorry Scooby, but Egg cards are good.
I've yet to see a bad one.

If your agreement includes PPI chances are it's unenforceable

I do enjoy a good beating. Is there any spanking available? Or handcuffs or whips?

I wish I had an opportunity to fight the banks on some quarter, but I don't. I had my issues with them back at the end of the 80's and with no internet around at that time I learnt the hard way as to how bad they were, with no advice being available to help me fight back.

Still, there is the NHS to be taking on
