Howard Cohen & Co with some copy of a court letter ?

Hello All

Wife received a letter from Howard Cohen and attached was a copy of a court letter which absolutely makes no sense - as there is nothing on that letter to do with her,
She also does not even recognise or remember this debt,

The main letter says "we write further...." well we have never ever had a letter from Howard Cohen & Co before,
Also it says for "information purposes"

So am i right in saying we need to do nothing and they are just using daft scare tactics -

Whats with the bizarre GS20 court letter ??

Im not nervous at all about it - but she is.... ive told her nothing to worry about,



ANy ideas ?

Shortly put, the creditor's name has changed and the Order simply legalises that.
