Hello All
Thank you for accepting me into the forum groups. I have just posted a very quick intro on the welcome forum. I have been receiving emails from TM Legal stating they will issue a letter of claim, I have ignored the e-mails. I have now received an e-mail which states they have sent the letter of claim to me, but I have not received anything to my current address. However, I have moved twice in last 5/6 years. Could you please advise how I am best to respond to this e-mail? I am not sure who the original creditor is but I have not had any new credit for at least 6 years nor have I acknowledged any debts in this time period. I thinking that this debt is now status barred. The e-mail reads as per below:

Dear ****** Further to our recent correspondence, you will be aware that we have recently issued a Letter of Claim to you. This Letter of Claim enclosed an Information Sheet, Reply Form and Financial Statement. The letter also provides you with 30 days to respond before we issue a County Court Claim.
