  • Harrasment from Capquest

    Hi Everyone,

I would appreciate some advice please.
I was in a Debit Arrangement Scheme (DAS) which i thankfully managed to complete in July this year. I received a collection letter from Capquest yesterday demanding a payment of £271 and if i did not contact them by 18th October they instruct Resolvecall to visit my property without notice. Now i was very shook by this letter as i had never received anything like this before.
I then called them and explained i had a DAS which had been paid off. They then denied i had a DAS!!! But slipped up on the phone and admitted i did. I then told them it was cleared off and they received a settlement figure in july which they confirmed they received. I then asked they had contacted me if they admitted that my account had been paid but again they turned this around. Anyways i got nowhere and asked them to put me onto the complaints department who where again useless. I called my DAS company who confirmed the credit had been paid and that they would email them again with the settlement letter. Just really worried that debt collectors will visit my property

Resolvecall HaHaHa old Snot call (ooppssss Scotcall) no powers if/ever they come round tell them to shut the gate on their way out, they are comnmission agents with no powers at all, if Crapquest (Capquest) are chasing £271.00 then their Xmas staff party must be not getting off the ground or their Xmas Bonuses are Nil at the moment? capquest are botton feeders the way they have been going the last couple of years
