Made complaint against a Debt Agency to FCB - Had weird reply back?
Hey,
I contacted the FCA / FOS regarding bad conduct from a debt agency, which I fulfilled all paperwork required and after them reviewing my case this was the response I received, yet I've asked them to "dumb it down" for me but they've said the same thing again!?
Does anyone have any idea what this mean?

Before 01/04/2014 we didn’t have the authority to deal with any complaint relating to this business as they were not covered by the Financial Conduct Authority, from the 01/04/2014 to 15/06/2015 the business came under our authority. Since they’re no longer covered by the Financial Conduct Authority since the 15/06/2015 we can no longer investigate any of their complaints.
