    Full and final settlement?

    Hi I have an old debt of £699 which Restons have sent me a letter stating they will take me to court. I have sent them an offer of £400 full and final settlement over 2 weeks ago but haven’t heard anything. Does anyone know how long this normally takes? In their previous letter they stated if I didn’t pay them the full amount by the 11th June they would proceed to court. I’ve tried calling them all morning to see if this final payment is accepted or not but no answer. I’m panicking a little as it’s not long now. thanks
