Taking on Crap one

Just thought I'd stick a note on this door, I am going to ask those nice people at Crap One for all these Â£18's, Â£20's and Â£12's they have taken off me. And I think I want the CI too.

Got a thread running in the Credit Card forum if anyone would like to have a peek and advise.
