CCA request sent to Robinson way 22 aug 2007

Sept 2007 robinson way thank you for your payment of £1 (fee for CCA)
oct 2007 robinson way thank you for your offer of £1 payment
sept 2008 royal bank of scotland assignment notice
sept 2008 1st Credit re the assignment

now it is more than a year since sending the CCA request and have had nothing in relation to that do I just ignore or send something to them?

Need to be slightly more careful with 1st Credit as they can be alittle OTT from the get go, but it sounds like no one has compliant paperwork anyway.

You have raised a dispute they will get back to theirs clients and I will be contacted with their response could take a month.

They also want me to contact them with a phone number so that they can contact me (I don't think so)
