Thanks Tuttsi,Had some paperwork from FREDRICKSON INTERNATIONAL today, same address as CARTERS,it contained records of attempted telephone calls, when they had applied to the courts etc to obtain the charging orders, they concluded in the attached letter that they are "the data processors not the controller" and refered us to their clients ARROW GLOBAL LLC for further information.
Any ideas as to a) what it is I have received,b) its relevance to the debt,c)are Fredricksons & Carters the same people,d) do I send a DSAR to Arrow Global, the above documentation cost me £10.00 and a year of constant letters!!
Any advice gratefully received regarding action to be taken.

          Now it gets interesting...
          Yet more tangled webs.

So if Fred's or Mr C aren't the owners of this debt, what are they doing chasing it !!!!!

Mr C is the in house Sols for Fred's.
They MUST have a data controller to be dealing with this anyway.
I think a call to the ICO is in order on this.

Did you get the paperwork for this one as I can't remember ??
          Who was the claimant ??

Hi CB, The original claimant was MBNA who returned my cheque for £10.00 after keeping it for 4 months asking me to provide legal documents to prove who i was, they suggested my driving licence or passport, they never complied with the DSAR .
As for the data controller with Arrow Global I do not think I should have to pay yet another £10.00 it does seem to be a run around taking place.
I assume that like the Marks and Spencer debt, which was taken over by MBNA, they can not find the documentation.
I assume that Arrow Global are acting as DCA for MBNA?

I'd open a complaint with the ICO about all of this as they are really the only people that have the clout to help.

Hi All my Friends ( Advisors!) Sorry I have not been on here for an absolute age, but no computer and attempting to recover from a major illness has left me somewhat knackered
                in getting on here.
I have no doubt that within the next couple of months I will lose the battle of keeping my home, FirstPlus will not be able to stop themselves from forcing the sale, I do need some guidance, however, I have two orders that are attached to my property, around £10,000 in total, these were original MBNA accounts, but, the DCA are unable to produce the credit agreements, in fact they suspended the payments a year ago, however when the house is sold these orders will be paid to DCA, is there anything I can do prior to the forced sale, again any help, guidance will be gratefully received.
