The mobile phone companies are not regulated by the CCA, conveniently, but I think an SAR is definitely in order.

If you have sigend a agreement and they are trying to hold you to terms then they can produce it.
If you have any sort of problems with bailiffs. I can help you as i am a self proclaimed specialist at dealing with them. I am hopefully going to start a degree (law) from october. If you think my posts are helpful or are guiding you in the right direction do show your appreciation by giving me a green blob.

Credit solutions have a new tatic now!!
phone rings....I get a recorded message telling me there is an important message from CSL for Mrs...Tempty.... press 1 to confirm I am mrs....Tempty......press 2 to confirm I am not Mrs..Tempty PMSL
I never get any further then that, coz I give em a 3rd option..... press end call to ignore and hang up....LOL

I have sent the letter that Matt posted, and I added to it I would only except communication by post. So at least they have stoped calling me in person.....this recorded thingy just makes me laugh... think they can catch me out by saying CSL instead of Credit Solutions Ltd.......MUPPETS.
I've paid another £30 off it anyway........by the time they get this to court it'll be paid!!!
