    Like you say when you get all your charges back you can get straight, so there is light at the end of the tunnel.

      Well done Delta, once you clear the arrears, make sure you have the order discharged - that way, should something like this happen again, the lender must start again from the beginning, therefore giving you more time to sort it out.

        Ooooh Delta, well done hun, at least its a step in the right direction isn't it. The solicitor has PMT huh sounds to me like she was chewing a wasp, some of them are so up their own asses at times. Seems like she needs to do a bit of reading up on your case then, silly cow not knowing that you been paying extra.
        Anyway you go girl and get them charges back.
        We're all rooting for you.

          delta the best people ive found for help with things like this was trading standards .theres an online form to submitt
          send them a request for a true copy of agreement and ask about SAR .get the loan company back if you can serves them right def put in a counterclaim for the charges they have given you
