Hello all, I have been scrolling through posts here on this forum for the most part of today and have broadened my understanding of some of these debt recovery agencies out there; however I still require some help.
Alkinika have recently sent me a letter stating I “still have an outstanding balance” on my working capital account, the letter is addressed to a company name which I do not own and has no registration details of being a company.
I would like to fight Akinika and have seen the 3 letter method used quite often but I’m slightly confused about which too send and how it’s worded. Also I have seen how people have enforced charges for undesired contact means, I’d also like to use this method to deter them further.
Thank you in advance, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
