After a very long drawn out 18 months finally solved the issues with HMRC the adjudicator agreed there were issues and HMRC did not always act in away that wouldn't cause confusion I had various threads on here from a very large tax bill to been chased by various debt collection agencies including a doorstep collector Resolve Call who came calling .
It was all very Stressful and HMRC were not easy to deal with turns out it was only the higher benefit charge that was outstanding but the amount owed according to HMRC was wrong and it's taken all this time to sort it out they have at last agreed thanks to the adjudicator to collect through my OH tax code 2018/2019 but we did unfortunately incur charges of £350 which we have to pay asap.
We did receive an apology and a cheque for £50 but to be honest it must have cost that in postage trying to sort out the mess his Tax codes have been adjusted at long last so at present it's all quiet thanks for all the help in my darkest times from leagel Beagles it's never easy taking on the arm of HMRC and mind boggling to say the least but hopefully will sleep a little easier.
