    Re: Enaid v Barclaycard

Little letter came just a few moments ago lol
This claim is now settled in full, another one bites the dust. The hearing for next week can now be cancelled (great) just get the funds on to the account now and it's all over.
Just like to add that I am relieved I have no more claims going on, I am really glad about that.
I will stick around if you have no objections, I have to see how you lot get on.
I also think that a site like this has to have at least one sensible person aboard don't you?

You HAVE to stick around Enaid. I will likely need to use your valuable experience meself soon. Just got an email off Mrs LB telling me I have a big bundle of statements waiting for me when I get home.

Why do these things always have to turn up when I'm away?

                        Re: Enaid v Barclaycard ***Settled***

Got a letter from court today Staying this claim. It has the usual about the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 Part 23 and lifting the stay. As this case has been settled I suppose this does not apply
I have informed the court it has been settled by the way, but the letters must have ben done on the same day.
