  • xxorlsxx v Capital One

    Hi All,
Im probably being thick 'ere' but i have my cca from Capital 1 and i thought that the cca must state your credit limit and your apr?
my cca tells me the apr but as for credit limit it says 'THE CREDIT LIMIT WILL BE DETERMINED BY US FROM TIME TO TIME UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF IT WILL BE GIVEN BY US TO YOU',
I was under the impression that your cca had to state the amount in £ for the cca to be valid. Any thoughts?
    Cheers, xxorlsxx

Re: Help with CCA request Application Form Copy

xxorlsxx, is there any chance you can scan the agreement onto the forum making sure all your personal details are removed.

        Re: xxorlsxx v Capital One

Personally I think Crap One are so easy to get charges back from, that there's no point going down the CCA route. Just go for the charges. Just my opinion.
