Court hearing is Tuesday ( 10.30 ).

I received a call from Capital One today who would like to try and negotiate a settlement and have suggested a figure.

More news to follow, I left them stewing over the weekend.

They might be a bit more desperate on Monday. LOL

My claim was settled by Capital One, out of Court, the day before the final hearing.

Having already had the judgment against them stating that I was entitled to claim compound interest I guess they did not wish to additionally risk a judgment detailing the actual rate of compound interest to be used for settling my claim.
