OK, I cannot say much as I have to wait for the judgment to be officially handed and I am awaiting a date for this.

The Judgment is complicated but the Judge has agreed that I am able to claim compound interest. The level and the timing of that compound interest award has now to be thrashed out at a new hearing specifically focussed on this issue.

Bud, this looks extremley promising - I bet Cap One are not happy. Do you think they will appeal!

Oh lets hope he doesn't go for 1% above the base rate.

When is the judgement to be handed down?

EDIT: PS Well done Budgie, still want to know more though lol

                  Hi Bud !

This is fantastic news, well done Bud. I know there is still more way to go.. but at least the Judge has agreed you can claim some form of compound interest which is all we were hoping for. Roll on for the next hearing ! Your nearly there.

I really can't go in to any more details at present Tanz, not until official handing down. I do not have official date yet for handing down.

I do have date for new 2 hour hearing to thrash out level of award though. LOL.

Judgment appears to have been very cleverly written, IE it gives me the decision I wanted, an award of compound interest and IMO makes it very difficult for CapOne to appeal against this judgment.

Will update more as soon as I can

Budgie cannot be congratulated enough for what is a milestone in reclaiming. He has not just shown us what dogged dertermination can achieve but has taken the time to fully research the case law to support his case.

I have nothing but admiration for him and he is a shining example to us all.
