  • CL - v - Barclaycard

Well, you know what its like, finish all your own claims, get a bit bored, decide to help a mate out. So here I am on the Barclaycard forum.

Sending SAR today. Does anyone know if Barclaycard need the £10, cos when he applied for his bank statements they sent the Postal Order back. I still have it but its out of date, might go to Post Office and see if I can get it changed for an up to date one.

Hopefully there'll be a bottle of Southern Comfort in it for me if I get his charges back msl:

    Hi Wendy,
You just can't give up this claiming lark can you lol ?
I am sure Barclay cashed my cheque beit a lot after I sent it, maybe they are bit different with PO's don't know.
Anyway good luck although you won't need it Enaid x

Wendy, you have to provide them with payment of £10 or it's not considered a DPA request.

I think, like Enaid, that they cashed my cheque though.
