I purchased some clothes back in 2007 and as I went to pay the shop assistant asked if
i would like to open an account and save 10%, I agreed and she completed the form and asked me to sign it which I did. The card was with creation financial services. When it came to light about ppi reclaims, after checking my old statements I noticed that I had been paying for a 3D cover which is their equivalent of ppi. When I asked about it they said I agreed to taking out the ppi when I opened the account. Looking at the form that the shop assistant completed she had ticked the box for the cover. I know I should have read the form before signing it but I would not have agreed to it if I had. I get 6 months full pay if I'm off sick with work and had savings so would not have needed it. If I have signed the form does that mean i can not reclaim it?
