i am trying to clean up my credit file and have found that mbna did not default me in 2006 when i went into dmp,all of my other creditors defaulted me but according to mbna they do not default you if in agreed payments,i received some money in 2009 and paid partial settlement to mbna,they then decided to file delinquent account as settled with 0 balance,this will stay on my credit file for a further 3 years,i need some help to fight this ,i believe they have breached ico and bcob regulations.
