Hello to everyone on this forum.
I need assistance on issue with Capital One PPI claim. I was mis-sold the PPI 3 years ago.
I have already sent them a letter 3 weeks ago which I printed out off moneysupermarket guide and that form is from Legal Ombudsman. I have followed the procedure from that website.
I sent the letters recorded so I know they have got them. I sent them to the address which I got by ringing capitalone and by asking about PPI claim. The address was of ERC department.
I have not had any reply from them.
on a different note but same thing, I rang MINT credit card to make a PPI claim and they have been very professional and have sent me acknowledgement.

Any advice on dealing with CapitalOne would be appreciated. I have heard bad things about calling them and having a row at them
