Claimng back credit card charges. Is there any templates I can use? I have read budgies post but what letter do I need to send?

So you know someone is reading it I've replied, but I would not have a clue - it's not my area at all sorry.
Off the top of my head I would guess send a SAR to get a list of everything they have about you (costs £10).
Look at the statements and identify the unfair charges.
Add interest at the rate of 8%??????? and send of asking for them back.
As I say, this is not my area, just thinking, that's probably how I'd tackle it if it helps at all.

It depends on how much the charges are if they are say £12 then you have no chance of claiming. Sorry. Though anything above £12 is an unfair charge and you likely have some of them anyway, as you can claim back upto 6 years worth of charges. So do a sar as Labman said above and you should get 6 years worth of statements back showing everything including all charges.Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice.
