mac - just to put your mind at rest, if the account is still live, then the ppi is still live, and if at some future date it is to be refunded, it will be from the beginning of its existance, with ppi miss selling there is no time bar, if it was miss sold then it shouldnt have existed and thats the actuality and base for reclaiming. All the card co's, banks. insurance co's know this and its one of the reasons they try so hard to get rid of yu - dont ever give it up, if you are miss sold then you have a good chance and its there dates that they will have to give to you.
do as advised, its sometimes a drawn out business, but there gold in them their hills, so dont flag - good luck -pb
ask and you might get - never ask and you will never know
