H.L. letter was from Experto no doubt, look on side of letter for Experto letter Numbers etc, HL 75p letters for hire no doubt? suggest go to top of page see Curlys letters draft, send Solicitors reply direct to HL, ignore the HL letter you got which no doubt says reply to Experto Only?

Since the last HL letter, I have had one stating that they would be arranging a doorstep visit and calling around. I ignored that. Today I have now received:

We have now received instructions to issue proceedings against you in the county court for the recovery of the full amount outstanding together with interest and costs.

Letter goes on to say, contact Experto to pay or discuss.

Anyone had experience with this letter or do I ignore it and wait?

Yeh had those, then a 14 days 'last chance' to pay letter from EC in Jan !!

Just had a new default notice sent by varde investments (experto credit) after months of the odd letter and no conduct. Surely they cannot issue another default notice after this period of time??
