      Re: TonyB - v - Crap One

I got the whole lot of charges on my account,
Yeah sorry Wendy so did I, I was lying, it was contractual interest I didn't get, and weakened and cashed the cheque.

I would have done as well mate. I work on the basis of whatever we get its more than we'd have got if we hadn't filed etc. 100% of nothing is no good to anyone (and it wouldn't pay for my spends in Milan)

Had their acknowledgement of claim, intention to defend. Oh go on then, stop playing around and just send us the dosh. Please. Just our luck if they decided to really defend a claim for once.......

                    Re: TonyB - v - Crap One

Letter from Crap One offering all charges,:carrot: court fee, all Purchase Interest ever applied to account, and their calculation of s.69 which is about £70 less than my calculation. Taking into account this, and the Purchase Interest, their offer is about £155 less than I filed N1 for, but all in all its charges plus over £100 (not counting court fee). The interest they're offring amounts to 36% on top of the charges if I work it out as a straight percentage, so can't really complain. Am going to send letter today accepting.

I'll post on the Citi thread.

Got the Milan deal with Easyjet, hotel and all. Mind, we're going in January so it'll probaly piddle down. Supposed to be getting some culture but probably end up just eating loadsa pasta, drinking loadsa wine etc.
