Barclaycard No CCA

Have been on at B/C for 18m to get CCA.
It was originally a Morgan Stanley, then Goldfish, now barclaycard.

They say they dont have to provide it, lol.

Had no debt collector correspondance, despite the 'debt' being referred to internal DCA's.

Now they have ceased contacting me about alleged debt BUT have been recording defaults on my credit file which was, until then, squeaky clean.

I have sought removal several times via letter.

Next step ladies and gents?

Sorry to say, but they are "entitled" to make this record with the CRA's, as per Carey Vs HSBC.

While the CCA is not froth coming the cannot hope to win in court.
Basically No CCA = No Enforceable debt.
