Hi Amethyst & Merry Xmas, here is a rough EX160 form filled in, let me know if everything is ok, the judgement is in my name so i will sign.

p.s in section 4 at the bottom i forgot to tick the "does not exceed the stated limits" box which i will do before i send. When i have filled in both forms do i just them to the court ?
