    Re: help with mbna

well another result this morning,i finally received my cca and sar and mbna hadnt payed me all my charges back, surprise surprise so i wrote to them and said the money i had been credited with recently i was only going to accept as partial settlement, today they have issued me with a cheque for 90.00 off the account which is already cleared and on the other a refund of another 250.00 so my balance is now 200.00 not bad going as it was 1200.00 in march this year, think i may be cheeky now and offer them a settlement fee of 20% see what they say.
