POP a draft up her first if you like Ammani.

This has been going on for a while, I would like to see if we can hurry things up a bit for you. I am speaking to Capital One on a daily basis at the moment. I wouldnt mind having a word if you are agreeable.

Hello Budgie, i have still not heard anything from Capital One. I sent them all correspondence, i had with Rachel Howey, and a covering letter explaining the situation so far!

I would be more than greatful, if you could have a word with them for me, as this is dragging on and on, with no outcome. And i am beginning to think i am whistling in the wind!

Hello Flangies, i know, i have sent email several times!

Also called the Maidstone County Court, to see whats happening with the stays, and they havnt a clue! Said they hadnt heard anything.

I asked why the claim forms had not been sent out to Capital One, 18 months ago, when i filed them in court, and the woman, said if i wanted anything, i would have to write to the judge!! What sort of help is that? It was a simple enough question.

Have you thought about sending a PM to Budgie; I did that recently as he is very busy at the moment...... but sending a PM would be a good idea.

                        xx

                            Hey Ammani,

I am happy to call Capital One for you tomorrow and try to find out what is happening regarding your claim.

However, looking back on your thread we were merely trying to get Capital One into a settlement mode without having to go to the trouble of getting your claim freed up in the court system. I feel a bit guilty about all of this because it was me who suggested that you try to resolve things this way and it seems to have backfired a bit.

Let's try the phone call route tomorrow and if that doesnt work then suggest we go back to getting the stay lifted via an application to the court.
Plus we will need to submit an updated POC, to cover the additional charges and anything else we need to get resolved for you.

Please could you PM me with your Full Name and Capital One account number. ( Am not sure if you already sent me this info !!!)

Hello Budgie, i hope you are well.

Many thanks for all your help, it is really appreciated. Please do not feel guilty in any way, its not your fault Capital One are not replying to emails!

I did call Maidstone County Court, to see what was happening with the stays, the woman didnt seem to know, said they hadnt heard anything!

All i wanted to know was why they hadnt sent claim form. I know Capital One did contact the court requesting they send it to them, but if they have i dont know. I did email a copy to Rachel Howey.

I will pm you with details requested. And many thanks again, your a star.

                                Hi Ammani.

Have tried a few times today to reach Wendy Starr at Capital One ( her telephone number 0115-843-3013.

I ended up leaving her a long message, with your account details and name etc and explaining how you had been trying to resolve your claim with Rachel prior to her leaving Capital One. I explained the problems you had been having ( lack of response ) and that you were basically attempting to try and resolve the claim directly with them without having to ressurect your stayed county court claim.

I suggested she contact you directly but to feel free to contact me if she required any further information.

Lets see what happens tomorrow, I will back up my message with another call and an email if necessary.

If no response tomorrow I suggest we attempt to get stay lifted via Maidstone Court.

                                Rgds Budgie
