Has any one else received a nice letter from them increasing the limit by 30% without asking for it?

The same company who decreased my limited imediately after I made a claim a couple of years ago on my charges.

yep, oh got a letter afew weeks ago increasing his from 310 to 600. Only paltry sums I know compared to some limits, but almost a 50% increase nontheless. And this from the same company that decreased the limit from 3.5k to £310 in one fell swoop shortly after we'd paid off 2k bringing the balance down to nil, when we had never ever missed a payment had never maxed out and always paid more than the minimum amount.

But I must admit we have used the extra 300 cos times are hard atm. Still paying well over the min payment though.
