    I have been contacted by Cento Client Review with regard to MBNA charges. Although I no longer have any dealings with MBNA I have paid out in excess of £1200.00 in P.P.C. I have tried to claim this back myself last year, but to no avail.

    Should I go with this Company and persue this or should I try another company, or just leave it.

    Any feed back would be welcome.

    Can you tell us how far you got with your PPI claim and what happened?

      I got as far as writing to them claiming that I had tried to cancel my PPI in March 2007 and I was not advised when I phoned them that this must be done in writing with a 30 days notice.

      They replied that this was not done along with their terms and conditions so I was not entitled to a refund and therefore had exhausted their internal complaints procedure.
